Reception
Reception is open 24/7.
There is always someone available at the front desk.
If you need help, feel free to come downstairs anytime.
Hotel Entrance
The main hotel door closes at midnight.
If you arrive after midnight or come back late at night, please ring the bell and someone will open the door for you.
Check-in
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
If you arrive after midnight, an extra late check-in fee applies.
If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at reception.
Check-out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Please return any borrowed items before leaving.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is:

Towels
Guests staying in dormitories can rent a towel for €3.

Eating is not allowed inside the dormitories.
Please use the common areas instead.
